Shipping & Return Policy
All artwork is shipped directly from the artist's studio. Delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment, but all work will ship within 5 business days. If you order more than one piece, that order may be broken up into multiple shipments.
All paintings and prints will be carefully wrapped to ensure a safe and timely arrival.
Shipping costs are listed at checkout and are dependent on the piece's size and weight. Shipping costs may be higher if a piece is extra fragile or heavy. Shipping is included for some art prints.
If a piece arrives damaged during shipping, please let us know by emailing shopannewthomas@gmail.com immediately. We will allow you to exchange the piece for another of equal or lesser value.
Should a piece get lost in the mail, please file a claim using your tracking number and order details. For assistance, please email us at shopannewthomas@gmail.com.
A piece can be returned if the customer pays shipping and a refund will be given after the piece is restocked.
We are not responsible for any damage, discoloration, or other changes that occur to a piece after it has arrived.
Colors
Please note that the listing description pictures represent colors as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. I cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the print or original you order.
