Thank you for stopping by! I am so glad you're here.  I hope you find something here that speaks to your soul and transports you to a happy place.  I grew up in Maryland and spent my summers visiting the Atlantic Ocean, sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, kayaking in creeks and rivers, and drawing non-stop.  A lot of what I paint seems related to those wonderful summer days by the water.  While I love nature, and especially birds, I am equally enamored of manmade beauty and enjoy the architecture of the delightful neighborhoods of Washington, DC.  I've lived in the Capitol Hill neighborhood for twenty years now.  I am thrilled that after having four children, God has provided me a little space to try to capture the beauty all around me through painting.  Have a look around and stop by often.  I would love to hear from you.
